Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following criteria:

• It is in the same condition as received (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

• It is not a final sale or non-returnable item (see below).

 

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at hello@littlerosethreads.com to request a return.

If your return is accepted, you may:

• Ship the items back to at your own cost.

• Request a prepaid shipping label (the cost of the label will be deducted from your return total).

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Final Sale Items

Products purchased from the sale section or with a discount of 35% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, holiday prints are final sale. 

 

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@littlerosethreads.com so we can make it right. 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to place a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted and processed.
